Setting up the PIN kiosk
Turn a shared tablet into a clock-in station your team taps a PIN into.
If your team clocks in on a shared tablet by the door rather than on personal phones, the kiosk is for you. It's a full-screen, venue-branded clock-in station where people tap in with a short PIN.
How it works
- Open the kiosk on a shared tablet and leave it running at your location.
- Each person clocks in and out with their own PIN — no login, no passing a phone around.
- Clock-ins from the kiosk flow into exactly the same timesheets as app clock-ins.
Set it up
- Give each person a PIN (set from their profile in Team).
- On the tablet, open your company's kiosk screen. From a manager device you'll find a kiosk link with a QR code you can scan to open it quickly.
- Prop the tablet somewhere handy and you're live.
The kiosk carries your branding — your logo, your accent colour — so it feels like part of your place, not a generic tool. There's also a native kiosk app for iOS and Android if you'd rather run it as a dedicated app.
