Cepheus follows the Queen — the King, her father, and the second release of the Andromeda era. Where Cassiopeia laid the foundation, Cepheus is about getting the right thing in front of the right person: a message they'll actually see, a task they can't lose, and a place for the day's work to live.

News, and you know they've seen it

Post a company announcement and watch it land. Every post shows a seen-by list, so you know exactly who's read it and who hasn't. Mark something must-read and miaHQ asks each person to acknowledge it — then hands you a chase list of anyone still outstanding. No more "I never got the memo."

Quick tasks

Some jobs don't belong on a rota or a checklist — they're just "can you sort this today?" Quick tasks are one-off jobs you assign to a person, with a due date and a clear done state. The assignee gets a notification and sees it on their home screen; you see it through to finished. Tasks are area-aware, so supervisors only manage their own patch.

Organise by area

Bigger teams don't work as one blob. Areas let you group people, shifts and views by department — front of house, kitchen, floor, whatever fits — and filter down to just the part you care about. Supervisors are scoped to their area, so the manage screens show them their team and no one else's.

Checklists that keep a record

Opening checks, closing checks, the daily rounds — build them once and your team works through them on shift. Every completed run is saved as a record you can look back on, complete with readings and notes. When a check captures a number — a temperature, a till float — it's stored and labelled properly, units and all.

Tap to clock

Stick an NFC tag on the wall by the door. Staff tap it with their phone and they're clocked in — or out — in a second. No app to open, no code to remember, no shared tablet to queue for. It just works with a tap.
